Refund policy

We want you to be delighted with every VentureBlue purchase. This policy sits alongside, and never limits, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and any equivalent consumer protections where you live.

Digital template downloads

Our CV templates and bundles are digital files delivered instantly by email. Because of that, we are generally unable to offer a refund for change of mind once your download links have been sent.

If anything is wrong with your files, a corrupt download, a missing document, a file that will not open, or a product that is not as described, tell us and we will fix or replace it immediately at no cost. If we cannot put it right, we will refund you in full. Your download links never expire, so if you lose the files you can always come back for a fresh copy rather than buying again.

Resume Update service

Our done for you service includes the revisions described on the product listing, and we will keep working with you within that scope until the documents are right.

If you change your mind before we have started work on your order, you may cancel for a full refund. Once work has begun we will offer revisions rather than a refund, except where we are unable to deliver the service, in which case we refund you in full.
