Digital products and licence
Template and bundle purchases are licensed for your own personal use. You may edit and use the documents for your own career without limit. You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense or republish the files or designs, and you may not use them to produce documents for other people commercially. All designs, layouts and included written content remain the intellectual property of VentureBlue Digital.
Delivery
Digital products are delivered by email immediately after payment is confirmed. Your order confirmation email contains a download link for every item in your order. Download links do not expire. If your email does not arrive, check your spam folder and then contact us and we will resend it.
Resume Update service
Turnaround times stated on the listing begin when your files arrive with us, not at the moment of purchase. Our work is based on the material you provide. We never invent experience, qualifications, employers or dates. Where we author new wording we do so from what you have told us, and you are responsible for reviewing and confirming the accuracy of your final documents before you use them. The service includes the revisions described on the listing.
Your files and privacy
Material you send us is used only to complete your order. It is stored in a private workspace accessible only to our team, is never shared with other customers, and is never sold or passed to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full detail on how we handle personal information.
No guarantee of employment
Our products and services are professional tools and professional assistance. We do not and cannot guarantee an interview, a job offer, or any particular outcome from a recruiter or an applicant tracking system.
Pricing and currency
Prices are set in Australian dollars. If you are shopping from outside Australia, prices may be displayed in your local currency using an approximate conversion rate, and your bank may apply its own rate and fees at the time of payment.
General
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or guarantee you hold under the Australian Consumer Law or equivalent consumer protections in your country. If any part of these terms is found to be invalid, the remainder continues to apply. We may update these terms from time to time, and the version published here at the time of your purchase is the version that applies to it. These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
